What you will need:
1. Heat oil in a hot wok or frying pan. Fry onion and aubergine for 2 minutes, then add Mama Tan’s Sambal Paste, water, fine beans, broccoli florets, baby sweetcorn, fried tofu and cook for a further 2 – 3 minutes or until it's cooked.
