What you will need:
Add 100g Peanut Paste to 120ml boiling water in a saucepan on a medium heat. Stirring continually to avoid burning and it’s ready once sauce is hot and thickened.
(Hints and tips)
Why not try making this into a noodle dish too? You need 2 nests of egg noodles, cooked according to the packet instruction. Add in the cooked noodles and stir to combine and add to above (no. 2). Add couple of tbsp. of water if the dish starts to dry up or sticking to the bottom of the pan. There you have vegetable stir-fry noodles with satay peanut sauce. Enjoy!
